I provide one to one coaching anywhere in the world via Skype or Zoom. Through the coaching you will learn how to change your mindsets and take action in order to lead more fulfilled and authentic lives in tune with your core values.

I also offer coaching in a spiritual context for clients interested in exploring this.

Following a long career in the NHS as a senior manager and Director I made my own life transition to obtain renewed fulfilment and an improved quality of life. I bring to my coaching lived experience in a number of areas which brings genuine empathy to my coaching.

Effective coaching requires the coach to be fully present with the client, allowing the client the space to do the work. This is the foundation of my coaching style. On this foundation I use other tools and approaches with the clients consent to support them in their transformational journey.
